Iapos;ve never properly introduced myself.� I am a college student in Boston and my stats are :
Height: 5apos;4"
HW: 130
LW: 100
CW: 120 ish
GW1: 115
GW2:110
This year Iapos;ve been working out a lot: rock climbing, frisbee, gym class, running, elliptical and weights.� Iapos;ve gained SO MUCH muscle.� I�feel weird cause my weight is usually like 120-123ish, but my jeans are a size2 and are not too big, but they definitely hang off me and arenapos;t super tight.� Also, because I am so active and I have low blood sugar, I canapos;t really fast.� I�get faint really quickly and I�have heart palpitations regularly.� I eat a lot of air popped popcorn, rice cakes, veggies, yogurt and fruit.� If anyone has any safe foods they can recommend - iapos;d love to try something new and spice it up� Also, I donapos;t eat anything with fat in it.� I�just canapos;t...itapos;s too much for me.� When I binge, I just have tons of calories of fat free candy and fat free soup, etc.� Iapos;m kind of bored and would love some new food suggestions.
